Healthcare Technical Solutions is a healthcare services firm with two practices and one standard. We were founded in 2009, with healthcare work reaching back to 2007. We are woman owned, based on the West Coast in San Diego County with a New York Metro headquarters, and built to deliver.
We are operators who have run enterprise programs for pharma organizations, health systems, critical access hospitals, and regulated environments. That experience sits behind two distinct practices. Marketing and Growth builds visibility, demand, and revenue in regulated markets. Strategy and Implementation runs the programs that turn strategy into operational reality. Different buyers, different work, one standard of delivery.
That experience now positions us for the federal Rural Health Transformation Program, where rural networks need exactly this: regional coordination, workforce readiness, and technology that gets adopted. See how we fit the RHT priorities →
Jeanmarie Tenuto, MBA, PMP is the founder of Healthcare Technical Solutions and Centaur Strategies. She has spent more than two decades inside complex healthcare and life sciences organizations at the point where existing structures can no longer support what they are trying to become.
She built Healthcare Technical Solutions from the ground up and continues to lead the firm's strategic direction, client partnerships, and business advisory work. Jeanmarie is closely involved in executive level engagement, guiding clients through large scale transformation while mentoring and supporting the delivery teams responsible for execution. Her work spans enterprise program leadership, digital modernization, and omnichannel strategy across regulated environments, from startups to Fortune 50 companies.
Known for operating from within systems rather than outside them, she focuses on the redesign of the structures, incentives, and decisions that ultimately shape outcomes. Her recent work includes a division wide digital modernization at Thermo Fisher Scientific across a major web revenue channel, and the turnaround of an immersive technology initiative that increased customer engagement by 55 percent, earning recognition with the 2024 Immersive Technology Innovation Ambassadorial Award.
Jeanmarie writes occasionally on systems, values, and the work of changing them from the inside. She is based in San Diego County.
Most initiatives do not break because of effort or intent. They break because the structures, incentives, and decisions around them were never designed to carry what they are being asked to do.
We don't separate strategy from delivery. Plans that don't get used don't matter, and execution without structure doesn't last.
A program is only successful when people actually use it. Everything else is activity.
We stay engaged through outcome, not just delivery, and measure success in what changes, not what launches.
Senior practitioners on your account, prioritizing continuity and accountability.
